Reading Through the Divide

Women make up 29% of STEM workforce, 52% of college educated workforce, and only 3% of S.T.E.M industry CEOs. These numbers have been rising over the years, but still some women and girls are too intimated by this male dominated field to consider it. By making this book club to showcase women writing books in STEM; we hope to inspire women and girls all over the world to consider going into S.T.E.M.
